ZERO TOLERANCE FOR FACE CHANGES. The face in the output video must be pixel-perfect identical to the input image from the first frame to the last. STRICT RULES: 1. The facial structure, bone structure, eye shape, nose, lips, skin texture, wrinkles, pores, and hairstyle must never change. 2. No aging, no de-aging, no race change, no gender swap, no face thinning or fattening. 3. The character's identity is permanently locked to the reference photo. MOTION TRANSFER: The body and head movements must follow the reference video exactly. Facial expressions (smile, blink, eyebrow movement, lip sync) must match the video, but only the muscles move, not the face shape. The face should look like a 3D mask applied to the video performer — same person, same proportions, just animated. FORBIDDEN: No morphing, no warping, no face swapping, no blurring, no plastic skin effect, no melting, no gradual face change over time, no flickering features, no extra facial hair appearing/disappearing, no eye color changes. The face must remain crisp, stable, and recognizable at every single frame. If the video is 5 seconds or 30 seconds — the face must look like the same photo was stamped on every frame. The skin texture must stay natural and match the original photo's lighting and quality. No smoothing, no artificial beautification.
